This interior fit-out is conceived as a refined backdrop to celebrate the hero of the space — the food. The design centres around a monolithic black stone plinth that grounds the Point of Sale and Bar area with quiet confidence, allowing the vibrancy of the food to take visual precedence.

A free-flowing island bench forms the heart of the layout, offering a multifunctional surface for service, customer interaction, and curated food presentation. Its open and flexible configuration supports an intuitive workflow between kitchen and dining, enhancing operational flow without visual clutter.

The black-themed interior acts as a consistent and immersive canvas, establishing a moody yet elegant identity. Key detailing elements have been designed with scalability in mind — forming a recognisable and transferable brand language for future venues.
